I have been coming to Ortho maryland since 2013 and I have not had one bad experience to date. The Staff are always courteous, friendly, and respectful. The physicians always take time to explain what is going on and makes sure any questions you have, have been answered. I will continue to seek orthopaedic care with Ortho-maryland.

I was very please with Dr. Brokaw and his staff. hey are very polite and friendly. Dr. Brokaw was very truthful with me and gave me comfort in that it was all about my well being and not just for the money. What I am very disappointed about was my visit to your doctor in D.C. that I was sent to for and evaluation. First of all the insurance company sent me to D.C. which turn into a 2 hr. ride from Baltimore with a back injury. The front desk was not that friendly and gave me a hard time because I was late do to traffic. When the doctor asked me how was I doing today, I told him that my back was very sore from the ride. With someone having three surgeries on my back a long time sitting makes the pain worse. That doctor said in his report that I was fine which then the insurance company cut off my benefits. If you got doctors that only care about keeping large accounts rather truly putting how people really feel then I will let the Md. workers comp Commissioner know that your company only cares about keeping large account holders happy and request different doctors. It is sad that you have doctors that only care about money.
