Greenspring Surgery Center is Medicare-certified and also a recipient of the highest level of certification from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Conveniently located on the first floor of our Quarry Lake flagship office, Greenspring surgery center offers unsurpassed comfort with an array of outpatient surgical procedures including; arthroscopic surgical care
of the ankle, foot, knee and shoulder as well as hand surgeries the latest acute pain management techniques, such as
specialized spinal injections and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
From soothing décor and advanced equipment to a caring, specially trained nursing staff, our Greenspring Surgery Center has been strategically designed to offer the most successful surgical outcomes in the least stressful setting.

Georganna Howell, RNFA, CNOR, CEN, LNC
Nurse Administrator for Greenspring
Ms. Howell graduated with her BS from Northern Arizona University in 1974, her BA from University of Texas in 1975, and her RN Masters in Education from University of Arkansas in 1982. Georganna has many Board Certifications; RN First Assist, ER Nurse for adult and pediatric trauma, OR Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant. She has 22 years experience; manager in adult and pediatric emergency and trauma, 15 years experience as an OR trauma coordinator, first assistant, team leader, scrub, circulator and 11 years experience as an administrator in the ambulatory surgery specialty field. Georganna has been the Nurse Administrator for the Greenspring Surgery Center for two years.
